The game has a number of different collectibles to go after in each location - you'll need to find all of these and complete all of the challenges and optional missions to reach 100% game completion. Step 2 - Collectibles, Challenges and Optional Missions: There are no missable achievements, so just enjoy the game! That said, I'd recommend making a point of completing the optional 'challenge tombs' in each area at a fairly early stage, as these will each provide a fairly significant bonus to aid your playthrough.
